The challenge
With multiple plants and dozens of cell models, the company’s data was scattered across systems; EU customers demanded PCF and 2027 DPP readiness on a tight timeline.
The approach
The data platform unified multi-plant data, PCF was modelled per ISO 14067, traceability connected key-mineral origins, and the DPP data structure was pre-configured.

PCF for the first models went live within 90 days and passed an EU buyer audit; the DPP data chain was ready, leaving ample buffer before the 2027 mandate.
